Throughout the day, complimentary culinary tastings from ZED are shared with our salon and spa guests.
Make-Up Finishing Touch
A 3-5 minute face color touch-up following hair or spa service refreshes the client and introduces new make-up options by AVEDA.
Sensory Spray
A departing spray of aroma, completing our guests' holistic experience at BZS.
Home Maintenance Tips
A personalized AVEDA take-home Pure-Scription form identifies product recommendations by the Stylists, Make-Up Artists or Spa Educators for our guests' ongoing hair, face and body care and beauty.

Etiquette
Cancellation and No Shows
We confirm appointments by phone 24-48 hours in advance to confirm the service and time. Please cancel 24 hours in advance so that other Guests can be scheduled for services. While we understand that emergencies may arise, any Guest who fails to show more than twice will be asked to prepay by credit card for future appointments.
Cell Phones
We encourage all our Guests to relax and enjoy their services. Please turn off your cell phones or leave them in a secure place.
Redos/Adjustments
If any Guest is dissatisfied with a service provided by BodyZenSoul, we will adjust the original service at no charge to the Guest. We will ask the original Hair Designer to schedule the adjustment within one week of the original service.
Late Arrivals
We understand that busy schedules sometimes force you to arrive late. We will make our best effort to accommodate your service into the schedule. If you arrive more than ten minutes late, we may have to modify your service, offer another Designer or reschedule you for another time.
Children
BodyZenSoul is not an environment conducive to small infants and children under twelve years of age. If your children accompany you to the Salon, we expect them to be supervised. If we feel the children are disrupting other Guests, or are in danger, we will ask the parent to control or remove the child from the Salon.
Pricing Policy
At BodyZenSoul, we are committed to providing our Guests with the highest quality hair service and products.
In June of each year, we evaluate our services and adjust our pricing. We are committed to offering our Guests a highly trained team of Hair Designers. As each member of our team completes advanced training, we recognize and promote them on an individual basis. If you have any questions regarding our pricing policy, please feel free to ask any Team Member.
Recycling
At BodyZenSoul we have a strong commitment to the Earth. We recycle all materials that can be recycled and invite you to bring in your used Aveda bottles if you are not reclycling at home. Aveda offers its most used products in litres in an effort to create less stress on the environment.

Monday Closed Tuesday - 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday - 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Closed Sunday Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
Ownership
Lisa Granger and Rebecca Brault co-own BodyZenSoul and ZED. Lisa has over 25 years experience in salon, spa and specialty retail clothing management, professional cosmetics application and gourmet/organic foods service and presentation. She has been a member of the AVEDA network for seven years. Becky has 12 years in the health care industry.
